I bounced around creative agencies in APAC for awhile after starting out, but eventually took a leap of faith and accepted a business dev role that was clearly out of my comfort zone.
Why?
Because I believe comfort is the killer to growth and innovation.
Curiosity yearned me to understand the gaps between the business, account, and creative disciplines that are constantly quarreling with each other in the ad industry.
This pivot pulled me down a path of learning through the ambiguity of communications, accelerated adaptation to emerging technology and its applicability to the transformations of brands across an ever-evolving digital landscape.
In short, it helped me see the bigger picture. Finally.
What came out the other end of this rollercoaster ride was an award-winning hybrid creative that mixes design, technology, and business together to forge new and relevant experiences for all type of customers.
And that’s how I’ve been rolling ever since.
